Twenty-six beer tastings sounds like A LOT of beer – do I have to finish?
No. As macho and tough as you may be, 26 beer tastings is a A LOT of beer. If you can’t finish, don’t. It’s important to drink responsibly. It is more responsible to enjoy the 6 oz “tasting” at each venue, rather than finish the entire beer.

Is it difficult to finish?
You’ll have an easier time hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro. Only a select few have ever finished the Beerathon.

Why participate if I probably can’t finish?
Because you’re an American, damn it! We accept challenges – no matter how difficult the odds. But seriously, you’ll have a ton of fun, whether or not you finish.

When is the event?
The Event will be held on October 19, 2013.  It begins at Noon and concludes at 3AM. Check-in starts at 12:00PM and closes at 3:00PM sharp. The event itself goes until each venue closes that night, usually at 3AM.

What if I can’t make it by 3PM to pick up my pass?
Check-in closes at 3:00PM SHARP. If you haven’t picked up your pass by then, you will forfeit it. Please plan accordingly.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
No.  All tickets are sold through our Ticketing Agent online.

Can my friend pick up my pass for me?
No.  All passes must be picked up by each participant, individually. At check-in you will be required to sign a waiver and release form.

What do I get for signing up?
Well, funny you should ask! You get access to the opportunity to enjoy 26 different beers at 26 really fun venues. But, wait there’s more! You also get an all-access badge that will get you in to every venue, where you’ll spend the day meeting new people and having a great time! We’ll be providing entertainment along the way.

Are all of the beers included?
YES! A 6 oz pour of beer is included at each place.

How much does it cost?
Please see our ticketing page for ticket pricing.

What does Check-in location mean?
You will pick up your pass at the Check-in location that you purchase your ticket for. Your selection only affects WHERE you pick up your pass at the start of the day.

I waited too long and the Check-in location that all my friends registered at is now Sold Out. Can I still meet up with them?
YES! Check-in locations only determine where you pick up your pass. After you pick up your pass, you are free to go wherever you’d like.

What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We encourage you to dress comfortably. Heck, we even encourage you to get a group of friends together and don team outfits.

Do I need someone to drive me around to the venues?
Unless you have physical limitations on normal abilities to walk, you’ll be just fine. Our course is specifically designed to be walkable.

Can our designated driver join us at the venues?
YES!  We STRONGLY encourage and celebrate designated drivers.

Is pre-gaming a bad idea?
We understand you like to party hard, but save your BAC for the field, champ.

Are there any prizes?
No, this is not a competitive activity. This is a professionally produced and responsibly produced tasting tour. Please enjoy responsibly.
